What did you do after you flashed it?

Did you do anything with any of the switches?

Which ones?

I flashed mine but when I install it it doesnt read any of my cds!

i guess it must be loading the origial bios maybe my chip came loose

oh I see, thanks, silly me!

How do I make it to mode 2? I know it is a stupid question but there is something over the switches and I cant turn it to mode 2!

EDIT: I got it, excuse my stupidity!


Well now it works but it doesnt recognize my CD-R! Damn!

i just installed my matrix with the 2.5 colormod bios and the first couple of times i booted it up the logo came up red now it's coming up green again is this normal and is there a way to test if my chip is working.i haven't bin able to get any backups to work yet.

I have the same Problem!! that's because the chip is very sensitive to the alignement, it gets misaligned very easyly, I should find a way to keep it into position (Any Idea??) use some sticky stuff?
