They shipped your chip via Canadian Post because they are shipping your chip from Canada.  Once the package enters the US the US Postal Service takes over and delivers it to you.  it willbe delivered to you like any other package.. if it fits in your mailbox the mailman will stuff it in.. if not then the mailman will leave it at your door.. if you are so concerned then you should ask him...

I tracked my order and I think the tracking was the same day as yours, it showed up yesterday in the mail box.
