Got My Xodus Chip Now What
« on: September 29, 2002, 03:46:00 PM »

its in the Installation Manual,

http://www.easybuy20...nstallation.zip

as someone said in another post,

(the chip has a female slot
the programmer was a male slot

u can see it in the pics

u connect them together
then connect the programmer to the LPT port (no wire just direct to the port)

use the milk app to flash it
take them off
remove the chip
and install the chip

thats it)

Ok...all you that doubted what I said need to pay up!

TOLD YOU IT WOULD HAPPEN!

Kreepa don't take this as an insult to you, it's just something I had discussed a while ago and has in no way to do with insulting you for asking! Just wanted to clear that up so you don't think I'm being a dick to you personally!

                                    yeah it does

1.hook up the chip to the programer.
2.flash the chip with any 256 bios. (wmilk -c -a ffc00000 -v -p bios.bin)
3.unhook the chip, and install it in the xbox.

biggrin.gif
2.Connect the chip on the programmer.
3.Conenct the Programmer to the Port on your Pc (Direct to your LPT Printerport no cable needed)
4.Get wmilk flash tool and this DLL file
5. Copy both files say to a dir C:\matrix and also copy the bios you want to use e.g evox25.bin
6.Goto dos mode (command prompt) by clicking START, RUN, and typing 'command' (without quotes) for Windows 95/98/ME   OR typing 'cmd' (without quotes) for Windows NT/2000/XP
7.In dos type: '  cd c:\matrix  '   (without quotes)
8.then type:  wmilk -c -a ffc00000 -v -p evox25.bin

You should see some progress and when its done thats it!.
Take out the chip and put it in your xbox like described in the manual
from the Xodus site .

All the bios files can be fouind at <mod edit: removed , illegal content>
a direct link to the best bios is <mod edit: removed , illegal content> which is allready split to 256k for you

I suggest you use 256k.Evx2.5.colormod.err.bin so the full command line u will use (unless u rename it) will be.

wmilk -c -a ffc00000 -v -p 256k.Evx2.5.colormod.err.bin
