you will have to flash it with a bios that you want to use.  read the xodus manual on the homepage, i think there's a link to it there.

Alright, I'm a newbie as far as Xbox modding goes.  I have no bussiness holding a soldering iron as I have never been taught and don't want to screw up my Xbox and try to get you guys on here to clean up my mess.  That's why I'm waiting on Xodus.  But even I can look around the forums and figure out for myself that you have to flash the BIOS.  I am knowledgable when it comes to PCs and I know what it feels like to have people say to you "Come do this b/c i'm too lazy to do anything by myself, and just b/c you know how to do it you should be happy to do it for me"  This looks like the easiest chip in the world to operate and short of some drastic anomally it should be installed and working pretty much question free.  So do us all a favor and search or read the FAQ before you ask.
