She said just imagine thousands of orders then multiply those by how many more have ordered by sep 3rd and and square that by how many have ordered up till now. ACK!.....
So then she said that the way they work is that they will only charge your cc when they know they are going to ship (YEA RIGHT!). Then it is a 24 hour wait then it gets shipped. So then I hit her with it. Why has my cc been charged and my status still pending. she had no answers. So she just repated the same thing over again about her getting this info straight from the Owner.
I asked her who Satwizz was because he was telling me other things. She said that the guy is a Satelite Tech and not to trust what he says because he is not in the country. I asked her how come so many different versions of statements and she said that they know about this and are very sorry. don't you peeps think that EB2K has had enough time to give thier employees enough information that they would all be telling the same LIE! lol
Finally I said what if you guys don't even deliever next week what then. Are you going to compensate customers with free shipping or something. She said that they know that they will have to do something. (SHE IS NOT THE OWNER) she is just saying what I want to hear. she said that they are going to have a meeting about this whole mess. I told her that she should bring it to the table and see what can be done about compensating customers. I told her that the scene had a lot of bad rap on them and she knew this to be true. I told her bad enough that word of mouth gets around to 10,000 people well just like she made me do the math at the beginning I had her do the same and told her to calculate how much the word gets out over these forums. She said Ack!
Well hope something happens fast. But even for me this is my first and last purchase at EB2k. NUFF SAID!!!!!
