from the pictures it's obvios that it's will be connected on the top of the mother board and not on the bottom like it was published before on X Generation Modification site.

maby there making there own Solderdless modchip regarless to the Xodus.

there are dip switch of 4 state, wich i belive is to choose between 4 bioses (8 mbits can contain up to four bioses image - each one 2 mbits).

another reson to belive it's will seat on the upper side of the board, is cose the header connector for connecting the programmer has to be on the upper side, to easly connect the programmer, and to the luck of space on the bottom side.

allso to access the dip switch to swith between bioses.
