It would be stupid for them not to make the chip able to run unsigned code, but we will see.

well, the xodus page does say it has all features that competing mods have , so that should include beeing able to run unsigned code

Specifications:

No Wires, No Solder, No Catch !

No technical experience needed at all.

Flash upgradeable (with programmer - included).

All bios features currently available on competing "mods" (can use any bios)

note the "can use any bios" part

this chip could actually be a great solution for anyone who cant solder, the only problem i see atm is that its gonna cost heaps for europeans to have it imported. I mean 30$ shippingcosts ffs, and thats not even including duties.would prolly cost as much as a pcbioxx+paying someone 50€ to install it when all is said and done.
lets just hope some european resellers get them too.

yeah i seen that but thats a completely other mod and has really nothing to do with Xodus/matrix.

actually you should start your own thread if you want to promote your product

Nothing but showing you how such a mod would be possible. Do you have any other theories, or are you just here to talk?

well, if u'de have read the entire thread u wouldve seen that easybuy customer service said it would plug in the (ide?) port

"Satwizz : there a a place the you can pull the flat ribon cable an put it in the chip instead
Satwizz : then reconect a cable from the chio to the board"

so yes unless you want to call them liars i do think its a better theory.

tbh im not interested in a mod that youd have to clip/screw on the underside of the motherboard as ud still have to remove the mobo

Subject: Matrix

Hi, I had pre-ordered pc-bioxx and now you have changed over to Matrix chip and I was just wondering what the features of this chip will be.

I would like to know if it will be able to run unsigned code.

Hello,

If you mean home brew then yes it will be able to do that.
