Hi all,
I wanted to upgrade my bios on an akira 2 chip, and actually programmed it using evox.
Then I rebotted and flashing green/red led appeared.
I removed the 2 jumpers located on the chip and restarted, now the xbox works, but it uses the v1.6 bios (I have a 1.4 xbox).
And what is more disappointing, trying to ftp to the xbox connects, but then it is impossibile to navigate thorugh disks/folders. If for instance I click on "C", the fto client just says OK, but it doesn't change directory... This strange behaviour happens since I tried to install the new bios, so I think this is the reason why it doesn't work... Any ideas to let ftp work and/or how to reflash my akira 2 in order for it to work?

(Also tried to reflash via slayers 2.6 but no luck: "unknown flash type")

Edit: FTP problem solved: just a network misconfiguration... my bad!

Edit: SOLVED! akira 2 bios reflashed via hot swap. Now it works OK!
