Error 21 W/ Aladdin Mod Install On V1.6 Xbox

ANyone ever had this...If I leave a stock drive in there I get error 21...IF I load up Slayers latest and install the dash and apps etc It will boot fine..however I cant go to MS settings or I get Error 21 back again..

Anyone ever experienced this?? I have replaced the mod with another and also have tried flashing it with another M8 16 bios..It is one of the Crystal Xboxs

any sugg's?
