Temporary ground the Xbox D0? If the xbox boots up ok ( tothe dash without resetting the clock) then the mod is working and already flashed with a hacked bios. Not all of these have Cromwell on that asks for the bios disc, and they will go to the normal Xbox dash until you install another dash.
If you get FRAG with the D0 to ground then you have a problem with the LPC connections.
If you still get the clock resetting then check the D0 connection.
