its a valid question - the Alladin advance has three modes of operation:
Chip OFF (for Xbox Live) Turn your Xbox on like you usually do it
Chip ON (Flash OFF) Keep pressing on Power button for 1 sec and +
Chip ON (Flash ON) Keep pressing on Power button for 4 sec and +
So to use your flashed bios it likes you need to hold Power in for at least 4 seconds ...
Seems pretty whack to me? Would be good if you can hook it up to just boot the flash whatever, and switch the d0 to turn the chip on or off - don't know how to do it but I've just got one too and it would suck if you have to hold the power in for 4+ seconds each time ...
then again - a way round this I guess would be to flash your TSOP with your bios of choice - then flash an original bios into your Alladin - that way it wwould boot the custom bios as default and then only use the Original BIOS (to play live etc.) when you hold the button in for 4+ seconds...
