A question that I just have to ask, how in hell did you clean up the points so well ?!?!? biggrin.gif

they sell chemicals that dissolve the resist (green stuff).  since he has access to a BGA machine (in order to reliably remove the MCPx) I would assume he also has access to solvents.   wink.gif

I have tried this on 5 Xboxs and all are working well, it works on versions 1.3 ~ 1.5 (versions 1.4 & 1.5 need evox latest bios or X2 4979 bios). Only fun part is scraping away the green stuff to attach the wire  biggrin.gif
