its called KYNAR
i found some
Wrapping Wire.

quick question, 30 gauge wire is small enough to fit into the D0 hole, right?

30 AWG wire is not absolutely necessary, it's just recommended.  Use whatever is the smallest you can get your hands on.

sorry for spelling and grammer errors

any easy way to install a wire to the d0


place your heating iron over the d0, wait a few seconds(No exact timing just until gets hot) then while iron on egde of d0 use some solder to touch the hole of d0 to have it drop and fill in it, put enough solder to make a point or a little cone to attach a pre soldered wire(wire with solder on it) then just heat them both together to bind. then check with tester to verify.

sounds like a plan well we gave up on the d0 point last night he needed to leave. but i will defently try that methed. i got the chip in pictue perfect on the bord itsself. its just that d0 point driving me nuts.

i got my frend not to spend 400 bucks to let a pro install it new hd and all i told him it was alot cheaper to do it hisself and easy boy was i wrong with easy lol.
