GRmods independant hacking team is proud to announce the end
of the development phase of Xtension Switch!
user posted image
X-elixis LPC connector: minimum soldering for a steady fit!
Xtension Switch: dual (external/internal) LPC output
X-elixis Basic Plug-In: hacked bios storage
X-elixis Plug-In: programmer for SST49LF020
X-elixis Programmer: programmer for ALL flashable LPC modchips
Smart Switch: controller for internal output with power/eject buttons

GRmods wish you happy hacking!
The designing phase will start as soon as possible,
after the success of all our test with ALL LPC modchips support.
For the development of Xtension Switch, we have used X-elixis Programmer.
Before finalizing our design, we would like to release the designs,
at Xbox Hacking Live, where you may add your desired features!

Welcome to the 3rd Dimension!

Safety Lock:
From this point Xtension Switch will be locked to Xbox motherboard,
gaining GRD connection, while it will be impossible to get disconnected,
while you are trying to unplug an lpc device externally.
All the frce will be transfered to the screw, and not in the connector!

After test with homemade xtension cables,
this feature is really needed...

So explain to the community exactly what positive things this poses. SPECIFICS.

What good comes out of this. What is achievable which is currently NOT achievable.

It is just a dual lpc output,
where you will boot from the internal lpc output,
and then you will be able to send the signal externally!

My knowledge is dedicated to modchips up to now,
and if you want me to tell you about that,
then you will be able to hook all existant modchips and use/test/program them safely!
You may use this design as a dual modchip solution,
like Matrix-Chameleon, or Xecuter1-X2 Lite/Pro, or any other combination you may imagine.

Now, about future plans,
you may see a memory stick as a biger bios support (that is not currently needed),
or as a memory card, or an extra external HD, or any other hi tech external device...

I just have a question? Im not trying to side with anyone here and Im not going to buy this product because I just bought a x2lite+ but why does everyone flame this guy? has anyone that flamed him ever tried his product? Why is it everyone says its junk where are the reviews? almost every post I see him write I see a flame just doesnt seem fair IMO. I dont know if he has ever gave his product to some of the long time members to review but I think that would be a good idea? Sorry if I offended anyone or if I am misssing something. I just think everyone has the right to get a fair shot at proving that thier product works.

because he speaks in fucking poems in broken english, he uses lame catch phrases, HE TOOL THE FREELY AVALIBLE CHEAPMOD DESIGN AND IS NOW SELLING MODS MADE FROM IT FOR $50, WITHOUT GIVING ANY CREDIT TO THE ORIGINAL MAKER.

and once again, he uses lame catchphrases, that his 4 fellow greek customers probally giggle over.

Looks like you would be able to select between two modchips (kinda like cheapmod-multibios).

Imagine your PC, without any external output:
Without a parallel port, without usb or usb2, without any slots for upgrade,
it would look like an Xbox...

Before we leave Xbox Scene,
we wanted to thanks all those people that have gave us some memories to remember,
and we would like to leave behind us an external port,
that will serve hacking and development opportunities!
