What you guys need to do is buy the X2 lite programmer and re-flash the chip with a known working bios like X2 4976.02. Once you've re-flashed it try it back out.

It does sound like a HDD problem from the error code, but since your screen looks so whacked I would say something is wrong with the bios version you guys are downloading and installing. That's why I don't trust random bios downloads. If you want to make your box boot from F, mod the working bios file yourself so you know it will work. You can use XBtool to easily make your own bios once you have a known working version.

Yep did just this. Ordered a programmer from extreme mods.
