ok i am currently using my router to connect threw my xbox

im wondering if i install a second nic card and run a cross over to the xbox?

cause if i run xb connect

wouldnt xbox-pc-router-net be quicker for that sorta thing? and also take more straing off the router for other users?

Yea just connect xbox direct to ur PC must be a crossover cable this way. I used to play on XBConnect as well . If u do it xbox-router-pc im pretty sure u dont need a corss over. As a hub auto changes it to work as a corssover so im sure a router witch is alot better whould also. GL
