I have my 1st cheapmod on the way to me and have seen how people can piggyback them, etc, so thinking we might be able to make the 1mb chip work if we knew what it was...

Also - by the way Blade.cc is a rip off! - they make up all this shit about doing premium formatting of your HD so it lasts longer in your xbox etc - they charge like:

Duo x is a mish mash of homebrew code and even the solder connecter is out dated for the market place now,Its funny that they try to emulate an Aladdin style mod and end up with something that is 6 months out of date!
Price should be around $10-$12 retail for this type of chip and around $6 or less wholesale.

Screw that. I install in Australia and I charge AUD$250 for chip, 120gb drive and install. These guys are off the planet, even with the extra $300 or so for the box (assuming this is included in their prices) that leaves the price at $540-$550, not $750...two plus two make five, apparently.
Still, I bet they get plenty of ignorant customers...
