With all these sites being shut down (ISOnews, ect.) and Spotted Horse giving up on mod chips, will XBOX-SCENE be next? Are there any threats? We hope not!!!

The owner of Spotted Horse was not threatened nor being sued. He just cancelled the business because he was busy with his private life. Modchips was just his hobby.

This has already been discussed in the General Chat forum.

X-S does not sell chips. Xant is not American, is not in America, and will be shipping Cromwell loaded X2Ls.

Spotted-Horse made a bad decision, IMO, but it was probably more related to tight margins and wanting a private life. GotMod's owner had the same issues.

X2Ps will be readily available, and I suspect Lites will be around in the near future as Cromwell-based mods (hopefully, including the Linux/raincoat on disc)
