
I live in Finland, ordered my chip last Monday, tracking number 849xx.
My card status is STILL pending, they haven't answered my e-mails, except one that I sent the next day (tuesday) in which I asked them to CHANGE my order to be shipped from their soon-to-be-opened UK office but they told me it would be impossible, so I sent an e-mail telling them to forget about that and just send me my chips.
I've e-mailed them every day (!) after that asking for info asap on what the heck's going on and what's taking so long to check my card (I know 100% certainly that it's valid - just used it today!), but as of yet they haven't answered...
To me this kind of doesn't match with the 'super friendly always available' customer support claims presented on their website!
In addition to all this I find it quite interesting that their staff had NO CLUE on when the UK office would open and start shipping the chips when I asked it on my e-mail even though it stated on their webpage that the shipping would start this week ("...will ship from our UK warehouse the week of September 30th...")
I posted this as a warning to other customers... Easybuy2000 seems to have really little clue on customer support. Don't expect them to answer your e-mails or anything, just *hope* everything goes ok...
I'll post as soon as I hear anything from them.
