this doens't make sense to me !!! why get conductive pens.. when you have a soldering iron and wires

My friend fried his box....... The pads were black and fried out and traces were also fried.................. They were repaised by a professional. He is located in San Diego, CA and I don't know what he did to fix it. If you want more infor e-mail me at [email protected]

Because the pen will stick to places the solder has a hard time sticking too.

if the traces are gone could I just move to the next point with one connected to it?
