I got a BIG problem

I installed the xtender 1.1 mod chip. when i was  down i tried it out but when i turn on the xbox a got 2 beeps then it started to blink red/green. I then took of the mod chip.  But it still blinking.. Did i fried my Xbox or what? Is there anything I could do? Plz help me! Thanx
