I've ordered from that site several times before. Some game controllers and some clear dreamcast cases...

I've always recieved prompt service. when I ordered one of my dreamcast cases they sent me a purple when I ordered a blue. I emailed them and they were more than willing to do whatever to make me happy. they didn't have any blues left and they re-embursed me and let me keep the purple to boot.

I dont doubt people have had problems but they've had a good track record with me. Ben999 is the one that showed me the site and thats where he got his dreamcast cases...
and I dont think he would have recomended them if he had any problems.

Here is a link to there eBay store. They have many negative feedbacks but most are good. No place in the eBay store does it say they sell Xbox cases… I wonder why?

i ordered a halo case from baysoftgames with out a problem and i find it funny that all of these complaints go to the resellers site and not to ebay where they have there rating 97.9 satisfaction from ebay purchasers l me tellike myself so i really find it funny that if there so bad how come those complaints haven't got to the ebay site at all funny huh don't beleive everthing you hear on the resellers site

let me tell you a story about the resellers site they rated a company that i love essex technology group a 2 saying they sell broken stuff or the stuff doesn't work well if they would have read the auction they would have read item is for parts only labeled in big print on the side of the page i ordered a laptop and 17 xbox controllers from essex technology group both said on the side of the page for parts or repair but there are some stupid people that can't read i guess the resellers site is sh** if you beleive it your a fat f**** fool
