I got a picture of the hard drive with the jumpers set the right way. I need your email address if you want me to send it to you. If I had some webspace I'd upload it. It's a wierd setting but from how it shows on the hard drive label how to set it as a slave. Do that and put the other jumper horizontal to the upper left.

Yep I tried that setting too and got nothing so it's fried.  Just going to send it back and wait so I can redo everything the right way!  Thanks anyway for all the help.
