Just to update on the bad news on the RAM, the Xbox RAM is in a 100-pin TQFP, while any near (guestimated) equivalent in 32MB size is either 66-pin TSOP2 or 144-pin FBGA packages (The one using the FBGA is the closest equivalent since it's 8Mx32bit while the 16MB modules in the Xbox are 4Mx32bit). Found this on Samsung's website (Products->Semiconductors->Graphics Memory->GDDR (not GDDR2)->256Mbit)
