Hard Drive Backup Reboots To Ashboard During Load

I put Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory onto my hard drive, but whenever I go to play it it will go through the cutscene and will then reboot my Xbox to XBMC.  I have the IGR turned off in Evox and I've tried clearing my cache and trying again.  I've read something about games doing this on the forums before, but I haven't been able to find again. I appreciate any help.
