Mx Vs. Atv Unleashed

I have tried the new version of dvd2xb and older version. also xbcopy. none will work and all it says is either no disc or unkown or udf 0mb. i have tried to manually copy on xbmc and it wont transfer the files.  whats the deal?
also i have used xtoolbox v0.41 by Tritium and it tells me the status of the drive:
999 /D:Access is Denied
