Red Ninja Backup

I backed up red ninja to my hard drive first using complex tools, then using dvd2xbox. neither one worked. they both load the first copyright screen and that's it. i tried patching the .xbe using moogui which didn't apply a patch. it didn't work. so i tried patching it with craxtion and still the same problem. does anyone know how to fix this. if you have an .xbe you could email me that would be sweet.
