Restore Game Saves From Retail Hd Backup

I installed slayers evox today and i backed up my C and E drive to my computer, Now i dont have any saves on my xbox, can i go into the back up and transfer them over via FTP or Xbox Saves Manager?
And is there a list out there which tells you which folder is which game? They are just numbers in the backup. Or atleast tell me which games are Halo and Halo 2.
