Add/delete Files From Iso?

was wondering if there is any way of adding and/or deleting files in a multi-game ISO i've created with Qwix?  reason why is that i've missed a file and also messed up a config file in my compilation and was curious if there was a shortcut from having to extract and re-build the ISO.  i had deleted the files i was working with to save space, not thinking to test the disc first.

it's not a big deal that i have to extract and re-build, but was wondering if there was any ISO tool that actually had the feature of adding/deleting files in an ISO.  i use Qwix and also have used Craxtion in the past but they don't seem to have that capability.

just extract the whole iso and repack it... youll spend more time finding an answer than actually doing it.
