I used qwix and tried to patch the default.xbe file and it told me that "file was not patched or did not require patching".
Then I burned with nero at 2.4 speed, no errors.

Put it in xbox and it went to evox dash, evox dash said there was no disk so I took it out then back in, then evox dash reconized it then I went to MS dash and the game loaded.

Turned xbox of and did it again and the game loaded straight away.

Did it again went to evox dash.

Qwix fixed the dirty disk errors but I dont know why it wont load properly.

I still have not tried Ritek dvds yet, so that might be the problem.

Thanks kippap I think I will use Qwix from now on.

PS: I will let everyone know if ritek dvds fix the problem.

people that get dirty disk errorswhen making a new game or continueing a new game

go into your msdash and double check that you dont have a corrupted save

sometimes their will be a corrutpted save that dosent show in game
but will show in msdash

even if you diddent save anything

their might be one

it will give a dirty disk if you have a corupt save  even if your not usingthat save

So is it the EvoX dashboard that won't let you transfer the game, or is it that the  EvoX dashboard gives you a dirty disc error when you are trying to play the burnt or backed up copy???????

Thanks

Hey,
could it be that if the hdd isn`t locked even the original dvd won`t start. The will recognize that hdd is unlocked??????? Have the same problem with fabel, top spin and full spectrum warrior. It`s the xbox of an friend. Problem is, that the hdd can`t be locked. The games are working fine on my xbox with locked hdd.
