Craxtion Problems

Hey, I  have been using craxtion 4 succesfully, but I have run into some problems.  I cannot transfer certain games from my xbox hard drive to my computer hard drive.  The transferring windo comes up, then nothing happens.  It only occurs on a few games. (Project Gothem, NHL Rivels).

Also, I cannot rip games from the xbox cd tray to my hard drive, it gives me an error every time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
