Just copy this into a text file and rename it to 434D0011.acl. Chuck into the acl directory of dvd2xbox and patch the Racer Driver 2 dir on your HDD.

CODE
# Game: Pro Race Driver 2 / V8 Supercars 2 PAL
#
# Description: Fixes a long string instance that isn't patched by
# the default acl. Also removes FATX check.

Hi please explain a little clearer ....

"1 - Just copy this into a text file and rename it to 434D0011.acl.
2 - Chuck into the acl directory of dvd2xbox and
3 - Patch the Racer Driver 2 dir on your HDD."

I can do 1 and 2 no problems but what do you mean by 3 and how do i do that?

Thanks

re-copy the game using dvd2xbox & the new acl file will be used to patch the issue.

great stuff guys... but it doesn't seem to work for me! sad.gif

1) I put the acl file into the ACL folder in dvd2xbox dir

2) re-copied the game to the drive

what now? it should just work?? do i need to choose the option "process ACL file" ?

A lot of people are not willing to (or know how to) use a hex editor. Dvd2xbox makes it easy once set up correctly.
