Xtoolbox And Avalaunch Ftp Problems

I have two xbox's im trying to copy one to another, i am using a hub not a crossover, and im trying to copy some games over.  I have tried xToolbox and Avalaunch and they both will create a folder, but will not copy over the files, any suggestions?
