Thomson Won't Read Cd-rw

Old Man Joe (FUNNY)
I burned the Cromwell Bios Update onto 2 different CD-RW's and my Thomson Drive in My Xbox will never read them. mad.gif First I do a Full Erase with Nero 6.0, and I use a Toshiba SD-R1312 in my PC to Burn it using the correct settings from the Readme File. I use a TDK CD-RW, and a Verbatim CD-RW, both listed in the supported media list.

I just remembered something odd.

I have been buying these discs for a while now and the older ones in the regular jewel cases seem to have problems as opposed to the once that come in the slim cases.

Part Numbers:
Regular Case: #93961
Slim Case: #94337

Nope, won't work that way either. I put it in when It asks for Bios Update, and then It says Loading, and after about 30 Secs, it ejects it again.  grr.gif

I have a few Sony CD-RW650HS CD-RW'S. They are very similar, I have never tried them. They are on the unsupported list though.

Thats a great idea. I have one, but its not a DVD Drive. And after I get it on there, could I switch it back? I have a Sony and a Toshiba DVD-Rom.
