I'm getting the same "stream != null" assertion failed. WinXP Pro, NTFS filesystem. No solution for this yet? Is the source code for this tool available?

I tried on another machine (both running XP SP1) and did the extraction through a network share. Worked fine and I was able to build both disks. I have the NTSC version and file sizes are:

Finally got disc 1 burned to DVD, but: 1) it crashes after the Konami screen unless I press a button, 2) creating a new game, it displays a few texts of the intro and some speech but then it crashes to a black screen.

The link for MGS2_XBOX tool doesn't work. Can some one hook me up with it or is there another place to get it?
