This should be in the XB360 forums so I guess the mods will eventually move it there for you.
Your pictures are not be viewable, I think due to forum posting rules.
The guide you linked to is a complicated DIY and, IMHO, almost pointless solution: a way of modding a XB360 Composite cable for VGA or building a a Composite/VGA converter box. Were you really going to try that?
If you happen to have the soldering skills, tools and components available maybe it would make an interesting little electronics project. But I know from my own experience that such things often work out (if they work at all) more expensive than an off the shelf product.
Your best bet by far is simply to go to eBay/Amazon and buy a purpose designed XB360 VGA cable.
If you're on a budget buy a third party XB360 VGA cable, if not get the official excellent quality official MS one. In the UK third party XB360 VGAs sell, with delivery, for under £6/US$9 (about 7.5 Euros). The official MS XB360 VGA has been as low as £15 new recently at Amazon but more typically £18/US$27 (about 22.5 Euros). If you're OK with buying used items you can find it for less.
