Hey guys,
I am going to try this topic here as well as in xbmc, as im not sure whether its an audio setting or a program fault.
I have my xbox hooked up to an amp via optical out, and i get skipping and popping though my speakers. This is on normal mp3's. i have tried them over the network, which is norm due to having a file server. However i have also ftped them to the xbox as well and it appears to have no affect. Now i would assume that this is a xbmc problem but not knowing much about the xbox i was unsure where to post this.
Can someone help with a few things i should check. I have put all the cache to max i can find, but that does help. I am currently downloading the latest version of xbmc to see if that makes any difference. But im at my wits end, please help.
