Scrambled Video

I was reconnected my old Xbox, but I got a scrambled video. I have created a picture from the screen and i have uploaded a small video here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=P0KWQQW3

It is a Xbox 1.6 and I have tried with no modchip, with a DuoX v2 and with a SmartXX. I have also replaced the power supply, but non of these was the solution. So I hoped someone could tell me what the problem is and maybe what the solution is.
