Vd-z3? Where Is It?

Would anyone happen to know where I could find a VD-Z3 component to vga trans-coder? They seem to be very elusive. The vdigi site no longer carries them and I've looked all over the internet...

X2VGA (and later version X2VGA2) is functionally the same. Might be easier to find.
