Did you remove the metal shell in your Xbox? I'm not sure but it could be something to do with either interference or grounding issues. Correct me if i'm wrong but grounding the AV port or putting the metal shell back in should fix your problem. Best of luck.

Nah its not that, definitely there, i found this http://forums.llamma...pic.php?t=12915 on llama and rather than start soldering parts that may not be broken, as i dont have a volt meter, i pushed down on it a little with a screwdriver. The problem seems mostly gone now, only very rarely a problem, so if it gets bad again in the future i have a good idea how to fix it. Hope this helps anyone else with the same problem.

If anyone has any other ideas in case this was just coincidence, feel free to post.
