Shade Lines When Using Component.

Ok, so when I use HD cables on my 360 purple/greenish shade type lines show up vertically on the screen. It doesn't do this all the time.

For the most part it is fine when the chip is on. For the most part it shows up more when the chip isn't on. (Dashboard it always has this, some games mod chip on/off, not on chipped dashes, but on while watching movies with the chip on/off).

I thought it was the cables I had, but I went and bought different cables, and it still does it.

Any ideas?
