Component To Vga Cable Would Work (with Xbmc)?

Hmm my TV (Samsung 940MW) doesn't seem to give a good quality picture through component and I dont think the Konig component cables are the problem, so I was wondering if I could use a Component to VGA cable and get my picture to show via VGA. I know from previous tests with my 360 it gives a far superior image quality, component sucks aswell with my 360.
