Try creating and placing any two files (named 'shadowC_off.bin' and 'EEPROM_off.bin') in the root of your Xbox's 'E:\' drive, changing your video output to NTSC, then restarting your Xbox. If your console still won't output in NTSC, try placing the files in 'E:\NKP11', then restart again.

If the above works, be sure to delete the two files to re-enable the shadow C drive and virtual EEPROM for your console.

Ok thanx a lot, i did it, and it worked for a while. The Xbox was outputing NTSC but when i tried entering the dashboard it froze and also i couldnt change the HD settings from inside UnleashX (although i believe that is because most UnleashX settings are taken from the MS Dash, and therefore i would have to enable HD through MS Dash). The problem is that i now get an error 12
