Hi all,
I have been searhing for a similar topic in this forum but I havn't quite found one whcich reflects the same problem that I have with my XBOX.

I have an XBOX 1.6 with aladdin chip and using XBMC. I usually had it connected to my CRT-TV via SCART and everything was fine. I recently bought a 50" plasma and that is where the problems began.

I connected the xbox via SCART to the plasma, but when I start the XBOX there is a strange kind of blurring. If I for instance go to settings or whatever then as I move around the options the text on the screen gets blurry or about 0,5 seconds and then it sharpens back. So everywhere any pixels on the screen change when I move around in let's say the settings menues, this strange blurring appears.

I thought that maybe it is because I did not yet configure the xbox for 16:9 or some other configuration like smoothness or something, but no matter what I've tried it is still the same.

Even when I watch films the subtitles are blurry for like 0.5 secs before they get sharp. I have other devices connected to the plasma, like a DVD-recorder, but there are no such promblems there.

The ending credits are unreadable on some movies, but I don't know yet if it has anything to do with this specific problem or i it is because the font size of the credits is too small.

It is not only text that gets blurred. For instance if I go to "settings" in XBMC default skin, then there are icons for the different settings (a film strip, a chip, the earth planet and so on). If I move around I can see that while the transitions are animated then the blurring occurs. I can see it on the pictures of the icons - for instance the chip gets blurry for half a second and then returns to sharpness.'

Sorry for the large post but it is really hard to explain. I anyone has got a tip or had the problem or maybe knows what to try then please post it here.
