Xbox1 Vga Adapter

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had heard of a VGA adapter that goes straight from the original XBOX's custom IO port to VGA. The Official XBOX Magazine reviewed one about four years ago, it had a VGA port and an optical audio port, exactly what i need, and was wondering if anyone knows where I could find one, or even the name of the thing. I really don't want to convert to component then to VGA, so any info would be great.

its X2VGA or something along those lines.

It was the only "true" vga adapter.

I'm also interested in X2VGA but I heard that there's incompatibility with PAL games. Is that true?
