Hdmi Audio Out?

Hey,

Just bought myself a new xbox premium with HDMI port amazing picture through HDMI lead on my HD TV.

My question is how do i get audio out so i can connect to my surround sound speakers. my old VGA cable had wires coming out so i could plug into amp. but couldnt get 1080p through vga.

any ideas?
