No Video Solid Green

I've been trying to ressurect a few 1.0 motherboards and I have a couple that FRAG but if I put in a Modchip I get novideo and a solid green LED. could this be the Conexant Chip. I have another doing this with Modchip or not.

Any help would be appreciated
