Samsung 26" Won't Detect Vga From Xbox!

if you read around these forums a bit you would find that the xbox doesn't output standard signal levels. on top of that the lm1881 doesn't give standard sync signals.
if your screen is particular about its sync signals, and it supports sync on green you could try disconnecting the sync wires and see if that works.
