you could get one of those KVM VGA switches.  or if you had a 5-pole physical switch, it might work (don't know if the frequencies would be to high.)
if you are any good with electronics, you could probably get some non-inverting buffers (capable of like 50Khz) wire them up and use the enable pins to switch between video signals. 2 hc4050's should do the job. just switch the power for each to enable the input. you would run the R B G and sync lines through the buffers

ah.. right. i was't sure what sorta bandwidth VGA required.
yeah, if you don't already have VGA output you will need a VGA bios and a cable or a transcoder.
a simple option would be to get an lcd with multiple inputs so you could switch between them.
most lcd's now come with both a VGA and DVI input which is selectable from the screen.
