How Can I Get My Games To Display In 16:9?

First, make sure the games you're running support a 16:9 setting wink.gif   This isn't the 360 here, I don't think 16:9 is standard.

you need your xbox to be running in ntsc i think.. what cable you using? Mine works fine with Xecuter 3 in NTSC-U with XBMC and official MS high def cable.

i am using the official ms hi def pack (component rgb)
widescreen is enabled in msdash (along with 4p/7p/10i)
i've tried it on halo 2 and live 06 - both which are supposedly 16:9.
i've tried from hdd and retail. no dice.

xbmc runs 1080i.
i've gotten most emulators run at 1080i... although on first setting them they showed up really tiny and crisp, then i stretched them to fit the screen.
regular xbox games? not so much. 4:3 (res unknown).

the only thing i can think of is maybe it's the dash that came with slayers that's the problem?
i doubt it because you can set xbmc to change the settings. i dunno.
any other suggestions?

thanks in advance.
